Belief Statement
We believe the Bible to be given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, God’s revealed Word to man. We believe that Scripture teaches that there is only one true and living God who has chosen to reveal Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit Isaiah 43:10,11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22). We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit whose presence dwells in us that affords us to live a holistic life of Christianity. (Romans 8:5; Philippians 2:12, 13; 1 Thessalonians 4:3;1 John 2:29). We believe in Water Baptism for the remission of sins and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, which is given to believers who ask for it (Joel 2:28; Acts 2:4, 38). We believe in the personal, imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to everlasting life and the lost without Christ to everlasting damnation (Matthew 24:36-46; Acts 24:15; Revelation 22:11). We believe that the family is God’s foundational institution for human society (Matthew 19:5-6; Ephesians 5:22-6:4).
